Body Well/Body Boost

Our Body Well program is about the journey -- about taking 8 weeks just for you, one day at a time -- not only for your physical health, but mental health as well. In this 8-week program, you will join our mamahood sisterhood; a community full of support, encouragement, and TLC. Beyond the workout portion of this program, you will also gain access to educational resources that will teach you how to manage stress (amongst the craziness of mom-life), sleep better so you feel well-rested (even with lack of sleep), and nourish your body with nutrient-dense, whole-foods and simple ingredients (with a full nutrition and recipe guide).

Each 8 week session includes:
- Small group fitness coaching including 2 High Intensity Interval Workouts per week
- Before & After photos & assessments
- Weekly (confidential) weigh-ins
- Seasonal recipes + meal planners
- Meal tracking + coaching
- 1 resistance band
- Private FB group to connect with class
- Weekly Challenges
- Unlimited support from instructor & other moms in class
*This class is for moms only, no children. It is recommended that you be at least 3 months postpartum before beginning this program.

  • Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30am with Amanda Rabell (East Tennessee Spine & Sport- West Knoxville)
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30am with Jenny Burghardt (Lakeshore Park)
Body Well Pricing
  • Session Price: $419
Classes meet 2 times per week. You must be able to attend both classes to enroll. Space is limited. Payment is due in full to reserve your spot.
