Mother’s Day Sunrise Yoga

Mother’s Day Sunrise Yoga is one of our favorite events of the year! The class will take place up at the HGTV Overlook at Lakeshore Park. There is a parking lot behind the Parks and Recreation building or just down the hill from the overlook. If it is rainy, we will move to Marble Hall (church looking building) in Lakeshore Park. Bring a yoga mat and water for yourself. If your plans change, please unenroll so we can have an accurate headcount. This event is open for all women, so invite your friends, mother, aunt or sister!
